Karan Paige has over twenty years experience as a senior Change Executive working with executive and leadership teams. Her expertise lies with organisations facing challenging agendas requiring bold change.
Throughout her career, Karan has helped many businesses deliver quantifiable and sustainable benefits from their change programmes and is much sought after as a leadership coach specialising in supporting individuals to lead in times of transformation and change.
Prior to establishing Pink Horizon in 2009, Karan worked at senior level in leading consultancies KPMG and A.T.Kearney, as well as holding ExecComm level HR Director roles in the retail, business services and healthcare sectors.
Karan holds an MBA from London Business School and an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change. She is an accredited Raising Your Game coach and works with Conner Academy. In addition, she is the UK Correspondent for the Change Management Review.
